As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™, Cary Stamp specializes in helping women going through transitional phases in their lives. Cary has a broad depth of experience in divorce litigation support, investment management, tax strategies, estate planning and helping women to make empowering choices before and after a divorce.

After attending the University of Southern California and the University of Iowa, Cary started his career at Piper Jaffray, Inc in 1990. At age 29, he was an Associate Branch Manager for Principal Securities in Chicago. In 2002, Cary left the corporate brokerage environment and started a boutique firm in Chicago and affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network®. Fulfilling a lifelong dream to live in a warmer climate and near the water, Cary moved with his wife, Sharon and daughter, Sarah, to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in 2006.

Cary is a frequent speaker on financial planning topics, has written many financial articles and has been quoted in print and on broadcast media. After working with many types of clients, Cary realized that his skills and knowledge were especially suited to helping women facing widowhood or going through a divorce.  Cary annually attends the AAML(American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers) Certification Review and The Institute in Orlando, has been trained in the practice of Collaborative Divorce by the Collaborative Family Law Institute and serves as a board member of the Collaborative Divorce Team of Palm Beach County.

The services offered to our clients are far more extensive than the typical investment consultant or stockbroker. Cary will assist attorneys when negotiating a divorce settlement, create a an income strategy for clients, work with their attorney on establishing new estate planning documents and advise on strategies to reduce income and estate taxes. Cary has an extensive real estate background as a property owner, real estate investor, contract negotiator and counselor to real estate developers. These skills are useful when clients need to buy or sell a home after a divorce.

Cary and Sharon were married in 1998 and their daughter Sarah was born in 1999. Sarah attends the Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida.
