Robert Huth Jr. is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates attorney. He has earned two law degrees: Juris Doctor (J.D.) 1973, and a Masters of Legal Letters (LL.M.) in Estate Planning 1988, both from the University of Miami Law School. . He maintains offices in Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale for the convenience of his clients.

He is a member of the Real Property and Probate Law Section of the Florida Bar Association. In addition to wills, trusts and estates, Mr. Huth handles real estate, corporate and partnership matters. He has appeared locally on radio and television programs involving will, trusts and estates.

He has tried over 50 jury trials and over 1,000 bench trials in the Circuit and County Courts of Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties and the Federal District Courts of the Southern District of Florida. He has prosecuted and defended over 30 appeals in Florida Appellate Courts including the Supreme Courts of Florida and Indiana. He has prepared over 4,000 trusts and wills and related estate planning documents.

Paul M. Klemow is the licensed Florida attorney at The Klemow Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Klemow is also admitted to practice law in Connecticut and the District of Columbia. He graduated from Quinnipiac School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut in 1984.  He began practicing law full time in 1990 in the District of Columbia.  Between 1990 and 2002, Attorney Klemow was in private practice in the District of Columbia focusing his practice in the areas of will writing, asset protection and bankruptcy.  In 2002, Mr. Klemow moved to Florida and did support work for Florida attorneys while preparing to take the Florida Bar Exam. She is an adjunct Professor at Palm Beach Community College teaching in the Paralegal Program, and lectures on estate planning, probate and charitable foundations at various functions. Lesley S. Hogan

Lesley Hogan’s practice is focused on the areas of estate and business succession planning, trust and estate administration, probate and trust litigation, guardianship, and tax controversies.

Ms. Hogan is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida (J.D., with Honors, 1989; LL. M. in Taxation, 2003). Ms. Hogan served as a board member of Law Review. She was elected to Order of the Coif and won the American Jurisprudence Award for Lawyer as Negotiator.

Ms. Hogan is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States Tax Court; the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida; and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Hogan is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Palm Beach County Chapter, having served as Newsletter Editor and State Representative. Ms. Hogan’s community involvement includes active membership in Executive Women of the Palm Beaches and St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.
